Absolutely good that the shower was 'powerful' but no one thought to offer softer lighting for a relaxing evening ambiance, how quaint! The breakfast, while great, was interrupted by loud neighbors-what a lovely touch! As a solo traveler, you'd think a complimentary upgrade would be standard, but no, not here! Just couldn't commend this place too much.

Here's why it's a mixed review
Really good communication before arrival and scrumptious breakfast that filled us for the day! The room was wonderfully comfy, with lovely decor and a nice selection of teas and coffees.
I found the lighting setup inconvenient, with switches out of reach from the bed, and there could surely be more comfortable outdoor seating wanting to relax outside.

The beautiful family room was super comfy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was so delish and the selection was huge, from fresh fruit to full english. Martyn was an amazing host, always there to help out with local tips. Really enjoyed chillaxin on the outdoor patio with drinks in the evening, what a vibe!
only downside was the lighting in the room could've been a bit softer for night time vibes, and the shower pressure was a bit off sometimes.

The comfortable beds, the fresh quality breakfast, and the beautiful surroundings. The kids loved exploring the hotel, and the Wi-Fi helped us stay connected while working remotely.

Super spacious ground floor beautiful king room with everything you'd want. The bathroom was fab, with free toiletries and a rain shower. I loved the clean linens, tv, and a fan. Breakfast was a highlight! Hot and tasty dishes served fresh. Owners were awesome, super friendly and helpful.
